Community Garden
The North Shore Villas Community Garden is located at the North Shore Villas, a low income senior residence in Lucerne that is managed by the Rural Communities Housing and Development Corporation (RCHDC). RCHDC is a nonprofit that provides affordable housing to seniors and low to moderate income individuals. The garden was established in the spring of 2015, and consists of 12 plots that are maintained by the senior residents.
