The Jack Simpson Senior Apartments Garden is a low-income senior residency managed by the Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation (RCHDC), a non-profit that provides affordable housing to low and moderate income persons. This garden has raised beds for greater accessibility for the residents to garden. Favorite crops of these gardeners include swiss chard, kale and collards! They are a healthy bunch.
